I have been working in the surgical service in Germany for over 14 years, during which time I have gained extensive experience in assisting and organizing surgical procedures.
My professional career began with a three-year training course to become a surgical assistant (OTA), which I successfully completed.
In addition to my full-time job, I have been volunteering at the Kwahu Government Hospital and the Roman Hospital Nkawkaw in Ghana since 2010. As a member of an American surgical team that is on site every two years, I support the surgical and nursing care.
This valuable work has not only broadened my professional horizons, but also strengthened my intercultural skills and taught me to work efficiently under challenging conditions.
For companies, I accompany skilled workers and young people who want to build their professional future in Germany during the application process and provide them with support.
At the same time, I help German companies - especially hospitals, restaurants, craft businesses, kindergartens and training centers - to find qualified and committed specialists who are a perfect fit for their requirements.
As an intercultural communications consultant, I support you in shaping your business relationships and cultural exchange in Ghana.
In addition to my deep cultural connection to Ghana, volunteering is my second great passion.
As co-founder of a non-profit organization in Kwahu called GoKwahu, in the eastern region of Ghana, I initiate and coordinate various aid projects.
If you are interested in the areas of health and care, environmental and landscape projects, sanitation or educational initiatives and would like to get to know Ghana and its culture better, I will be happy to advise you.
My goal is to create sustainable solutions for migration and at the same time reduce the shortage of skilled workers in Europe. I also want to act as a facilitator and bridge between Europe and Africa to promote opportunities for both sides.
